Looking down on an asphalt pavement. Water ingress has filled in hairline cracks on the surface resembling the formation of rivers. Small stones embedded in the asphalt shine like stars.

Corner detail of the Mondrian inspired stained glass clerestory of St Columba's modernist church in the New Town of Glenrothes. Designed by Wheeler and Sproson and completed in 1961. The building and bell tower are now Grade A listed.
